What to do in the event of an accident or fender-bender?
Don’t panic! All our vehicles are fully insured. In the event of an incident, stop moving the vehicle and call the insurance number available 24/7. In English, they’ll assess the situation with you and take things from there. Then call the Police at 112 as this is the law in Georgia.
When and where to collect the vehicles (Tbilisi or Kutaisi)?
The agency is located at 27 rue Arsena, in downtown Tbilisi. You can pick up your vehicle from 8 a.m. on the first day of your reservation, and return it up to 8 p.m. on the last day of your rental period.
Please note that we offer pick-up and/or drop-off at Tbilisi or Kutaisi airports. Additional charges will apply, but it is possible to check vehicle availability according to your schedule, even outside normal business hours.

How do I hand over my vehicle?
Together, we take stock of the vehicle and its accessories.
We explain everything you need to know about the vehicle. We’ll give you all our route and driving tips, and you can ask us any questions you may have.
We then proceed to the payment of the deposit and the remaining 70% of the rental if this has not already been done.
You can now enjoy Georgia and its famous Caucasus mountains in complete freedom!
Administrative side :
What are the requirements for renting a vehicle, particularly in terms of age and driving license?
You must be 22 or over, have held your license for more than 3 years, and the nationality of the license must be on the official list of licenses that can be exchanged directly with the French license.
How do I pay?
You pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking.
You must pay the remaining 70% before leaving with the rental vehicle. Either via the payment link we’ll send you a week before the start of the rental period, or when you collect the vehicle (instant bank transfer, PayPal, cash).
What are the cancellation conditions?
In case of down payment :
– If you decide to cancel your booking more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, your deposit will be refunded.
– If you decide to cancel your booking between 30 and 7 days before the start of the rental period, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
– If you decide to cancel the booking less than 7 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be retained.
How does the security deposit work?
The amount of the security deposit depends on the vehicle rented (€400 for the Rav4 and €800 for the motorhome).
It is payable on the day of pick-up (instant bank transfer, PayPal, cash) and will be reimbursed within 4 days of vehicle delivery.
This deposit is used to cover any damage caused during vehicle rental. If no damage is found, you will of course receive your money back.
